And sorry for the delayed response.

I followed the steps provided by you.

The rrds files are not getting created for all the 183 metrics.

There is no error shown by gmond (when run 1ith -d 2). But, my observation is 
that all the 183 metrics are collected and sent to gmetad by gmond.


But, Only 96 metrics are getting saved to the rrds folder.

i.e.. "saving metadata for metric: <custom-metric> host: <host-name>"
These  kind of sentences are shown only for the 96 metrics and all those 
metrics are available in rrds directory.


Is it required to change "time_threshold" and "collect_every" variable values 
in gmond.conf and *.pyconf files??

Could you please suggest me something on this.
