Hmm, I see what you mean. Anywhere your e-mail address appears in public 
this could happen though. Not to mention your giving your e-mail address 
to any entity on the 'net that does not promise it will not sell your 
e-mail addy.  As far as cases of spam coming directly from this list I 
can remember about five in the many years I have been on it. So, the two 
folks who are think they are getting spam from the list, is it in the 
format in the subject line [gecko] topic? That would indicate spam 
coming from this list.
