Hi everyone, I got Linux with LILO in MBR on hdd, which is the 'secondary slave' behind a DVD-Rom. ..:)... Primary master (hda) is Windows. Now i made hdd (Linux) being the preferred boot device in BIOS (behind DVD), while the windows hd(a) is now the last (third) boot device.
Now LILO starts up well and Linux boots well, but not Windows. "Loading Windows", then nothing happens. My current Windows boot entry in lilo.conf: other = /dev/hda1 label = Windows table = /dev/hda Any clues why booting Windows fails ? -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list
