Try "USE="~x86" emerge -uv tk tcl" first. That should upgrade your x86 builds by themselves. I just checked this page, http://www.gentoo.org/dyn/pkgs/dev-lang/index.xml, and the versions listed there are not as new as what you've got, so that's why I assume you used "~x86" to get them at some point. > !!!
