If you have openoffice installed, it will need to be compiled without the kde use flag. Also to compile it make sure you have a default boost selected by using eselect boost. Afterwards you may want to package.mask =kde-base/kdelibs-3.5* A revdep-rebuild is probably in order too. HTH, Roy
