You should be more specific than just saying "can't get it work".
I tried it and the maps come down, but have the wrong proportisions due to
axis flipping.
We fixed cascading the wms 1.3 layers using the official EPSG codes,
EPSG:xywz, but that
broke the ones using CRS:xy in the process.
