Unfortunately there is no current solution for Windows 64 bit. I couldn't
figure out how to get a proper working Windows 64 bit compiler so I
eventually gave up on that platform. What is needed is for someone to
compile all the necessary libraries on that platform. The project that
builds out everything is here:
