Hi and thanks for the message. As I understand it there are three resources:- A web forum, which I seldom use. This list, to which I subscribe and which has been a great help to me on many occasions. The underlying maintenance of the software. It is not clear from your message which of these resources is in question but only the continuing maintenance of the get_iplayer software is critical. Will this maintenance be continued? As for your initial question, my opinion is that I shall continue to subscribe to the email list while it exists. I would not miss the forum. Losing get_iplayer would be a very great loss indeed.
