Thanks for responses.

As it happens, I installed an application that required me to reboot and lo and behold all worked OK again afterwards.

Given that nothing else was problematic I'll ignore this time and if something else happens chase down memory, power etc.

Anyway one response prompted me to find the latest version and I discovered it was up to 3.36. Bit of a jump.

Last night all working fine, this morning trying to download anything results in output like below and no temp files created in the output directory. It all just stops. Internet connectivity all good otherwise as far as browsing, streaming, email and ip phone usage is concerned on all devices.
