I read your points and thankfully acknowledge them, as i agree with them
already ;)

My original message was a little bit ambiguous.. my concern was that
interface design exceeds implementing icons and themes to the extent, that
themes do not integrate WMs yet. Themes are written for WMs but they do not
contain scripts to launch them in their respective WM.

If Art is the title of the community, Art deserves to have its own ML, IMO.
Art can strongly intersect with interaction design, this is why i made my
original point.

Adding WM-launching code like e.g. "mutter --replace --theme=YOURTHEME.tar"
would make theming what this list's name in context of the community it
tries to represent suggests it already did.
