Dear Collegues & Friends, It has come to my notice that AIFF received a falsely fabricated compliant from the incumbent secretary of APFA, who is the general body member. The acting General Secretary, AIFF made the efforts of calling many general body members to write in favour of them as many financial irregularities were unearthed by me. This acting General Secretary luring every general body member and assuring them to release the amounts due to the member associations and with the promise to sanction more funds from AIFF. All these are initiated under the guidence of the interim President Mr Kalyan Choubey. There is no surprise after seeing the irrelevant / immerture replies and threatenings from the persons who were involved in all sorts of WRONG DOINGS. In this process, Mr Kalyan Choubey and Mr Satya Narayana have contacted Kotagiri Sridhar & Daniel Pradeep many times asking them to arrange / send any sort of complaint against ME. Their call records( including what's app) which are available, received from the complainant Daniel Pradeep of this compliant, who admitted that the matter was also dictated by the acting General Secretary. Finally, a complaint was made arranged without mentioning the date. All the above mentioned have avoided filing any reply / counter last NINE MONTHS in the AP High Court. That speaks the level of genuinity of these four Gentlemen. Out of the three issues raised in this fabricated compliant (mentioned below) , two issues were already addressed by Us in the AP High Court. 1. Covid Fund : APFA received only one instalment. And the same amount has been distributed by transferring to the accounts of the Secretaries of various districts in two phases on their request. This distribution was done on the request of the district associations basing on their involvement / participation in the state level activities and tournaments conducted. The Players who participated in the state level tournaments & National tourments will tell everything about the expenditure and the entire sponsoring from ME for conducting all the activities all these years. 2. VDFA Regn no 744 & APFA Regn at Hyderabad (old) : The Elections were conducted in the year 2014 for VDFA & in the year 2015 for APFA by the incumbent Secretaries Mr Ramesh ( vdfa) & Mr Palguna ( apfa). The periodical renewals of APFA & VDFA were not carried out by them till that time. WHO should be held Responsible? The renewal papers of VDFA after the year 2014 were submitted with the district society office.But as the periodical renewal was not done from 2008 -14, our newly elected body was not updated in the society records. Similar issue again with APFA. The renewal of APFA was not updated till 2015 ie till the time of existance of joint Andhrapradesh. For all your Information, these issues were raised by the duo of Kotagiri Sridhar & Daniel Pradeep initially in the year 2021 and again during the tenure of COA headed by Justice DAVE. Further, submitted entire information in the pending matters in AP HIGH COURT. Both AIFF and the COA were convinced after thorough examining of the records and permitted ME to participate in the AIFF Elections held in the year 2022. 3. Three Different False Cases : These Cases were filed by the Founder Members of the APFA Society(new) in AP HIGH COURT seeking the removal of the outsiders from the APFA Society. All these Four Gentlemen have FAILED to file the Counter / reply in the AP High Court ignoring the orders of AP HIGH COURT till today. As the matters are pending in the AP High Court, all the relevant information is available with the AP High Court. I AM REALLY SORRY TO SAY Mr Kalyan Choubey that this should not be the REMEDY to counter ATTACK on the ISSUES. I HAVE TO BE PITY ON YOU AND YOUR TEAM FOR ALL THESE USELESS ALLEGATIONS. AS THE OPPORTUNITY GIVEN TO ME TO TAKE UP THE MATTERS , I Am Going to File the Suitable Civil and Criminal Case along with defamation case for the damages to the tune of crores of rupees on These Gentlemen alongwith the TREASURER, AIFF.
