Hi Victor
I am totally flummoxed by Gilbert's very strange logic that you should have
presented your speech on caste not in Lisbon but in Goa. It is in Lisbon that
you faced the issue and not in Goa irrespective of the fact that Goa reeks of
caste, generates it, and exports it to places like Portugal.

I truly can't believe what I am hearing from Gilbert. Does he lack
understanding or is it a case that personal embarrassment is not part of his
mind-set?

Dear Gilbert,
If I read your last sentence correctly, are you
saying that Caste exists in Goa, although according to
"native residents", it is absent in Goa?
