Can I make those lines red?
I tried this, but it has no effect:
Ju(h)dex(h) cré(i)de(h)ris(h.) (;) es(g)se(h')
ven(i)tú(g.)rus.(e.) (::)<v>\color{red}</v><alt>All kneel
while</alt><v>\color{black}</v> Te(gj) er(j)go(j)
qu<sp>'æ</sp>(j)su(j)<v>\color{red}</v><alt>this verse is
sung.</alt><v>\color{black}</v>mus,(j.) tu(j)is(j)
fá(j)mu(i')lis(h) súb(ij)ve(i)ni,(h.) (;)

Greetings,
Élie has already noted that it cannot be done automatically. What I have done
in the past it to spread the sub text over several groups of nuems. It's a bit
hit or miss, meaning you may have to try a couple different groupings to get
something ascetically pleasing. A nuisance, yes, but it does work.

Anybody know how to fix this?
I'm trying to compile the Te Deum, which has this commentary within the verse,
but the commentary does not wrap with the score. I'm using Gregorio 2.4.2.
Here's the line with the commentary.
Ju(h)dex(h) cré(i)de(h)ris(h.) (;) es(g)se(h') ven(i)tú(g.)rus.(e.) (::) <alt>All kneel while
this verse is sung.</alt> Te(gj) er(j)go(j) qu<sp>'æ</sp>(j)su(j)mus,(j.) tu(j)is(j)
fá(j)mu(i')lis(h) súb(ij)ve(i)ni,(h.) (;)
