Hello, Yesterday I received a kind e-mail QSL written in English for a 2002 report on 711 kHz from Radio Nis, Serbia Montenegro.
v/s is Maria Burgic She writes that they had well received my snail mail letter... (which, however, remained unanswered). And they were quite pleased about it.
