English read by female announcer noted at 1830 UT on June 27, also DRM
digital bcast block visible in 19 meterband on 15115.1 to 15124.6 kHz.
Received S=9+10dB signal from Nigeria, tune-in on small bandwidth on lower
sideband, due of QRM from 9695 kHz upper flank, adjacent CRI Bulgarian from
Kunming S=9+30dB.
