Kuwait had recently drifted on.
NEED of REPAIR the AMPEGON transmitter.
One of the 5 Thomcast / Ampegon transmitters shows a faulty exciter
frequency behavior, shift and moved away through 19 meterband;
and may show up again tomorrow.

Is Radio Kuwait back on it's established frequency of 15530khz, which it
had been away from for the last few months? I have noted an Arabic
language transmission for at least the last 3 days at times around
07:00-08:00 UTC. If it is Kuwait an English language programme is usually
broadcast at this time? There now appears to be nothing on any of the
frequencies that Radio Kuwait had recently drifted on.
