** BRAZIL. 9664.837, July 23 at 0527, R. Voz MissionĂ¡ria with music
and ID. So down 64 Hz since last measurement one pentaday ago July 18
at 0627 on 9664.901 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** EUROPE. 6185, July 23 at 1849 tune-in via UTwente, S8/S9 pop song
in Dutch? prior to much-publicized *1859-2104* reactivation of Free
Radio Service Holland. Nothing on 7700 yet, just clix. Also good sigs
of music on 5800 & 5810 but neither // 6185, so other pirates? At
1858, 6185.003 goes to open carrier, 1859 resuming with `CE3K` tones
in music. By 1900, 7700 is on with ID in English. Now 6185 sounds like
two different musix mixing. At 1903, measured 7699.900/907, 6185.014,
and 5790 doesn`t want to synch but occasionally flashes around
5790.277. 1911 frenetic DJ in Dutch with frequencies. Using UTwente
only, I`m on only one frequency at a time, but switching back and
forth, I hear that 6185 and 7700 are several seconds out of synch, so
playouts from separate sites? Only 6185 is a known listed frequency,
for Piepzender in Zwolle, licensed. It seems FRSH wants to remain
unlicensed. In their publicity it looks like the streams from July 26
will be running one real UT hour earlier from 1759, unless conversions
mixed up (Glenn, Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2200 monitoring: confirmed UT

dozen weekly times scheduled on WRMI. Next:

** U S A. 5130.496, July 23 at 0653, WBCQ again S7/S9 on secret
frequency varying ever upward, music, 0656 DJ mentions ``BCQ 7490``;
0700 canned Weiner ID and WBCQ jingle, and back to hyper DJ. Replying
to my previous report, Bill Tilford, Indiana, says ``I'm not involved
with it, but I have been advised that they are testing a lower-powered
transmitter on 5130`` (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

UNIDENTIFIED. 6095-6100-6105, July 23 at 0534, DRM noise S9/+10.
Nothing listed. RHC AM still appears listed on 6100 at 05-07 but
unheard for a long time. KCBS P`yongyang would be on 6100 AM now, and
does have DRM capability but it`s too early to propagate. EiBi alone
shows Radio France DIGITAL on 6100 but at 0000-0030 only; also not DRM
at 1500-1600 22 July only for MiniTransat Sailing. It seems another
yacht race in the N Atlantic is underway so there should be more such
broadcasts maybe not yet known to what extent. The DRMRX A-22 sked
updated July 22 has nothing on 6100 either. I continue to object to
in-band DRM noise polluting AM SWBC bands. Let them DRM as much as
they wish on fixed utility bands (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
