It`s his opinion of what could have happened to the RHC signal on 9700 from Bauta.`` ``Sometimes satellite receivers are used as backup linx in case the main routes fail. Aggravating the situation at Bauta is that the programming transmitted on this frequency is in English and may not be perceived by the operator.
