Instead I encounter more local stuff: 89.3, KIEL, Loyal, the ``Radio 74 Internationale`` outlet which is somehow associated with France and the 3ABN TV network, which also carries it on an audio-only subchannel of K17JN Enid, still mislabeled K17JI -- with dead air, then just barely modulation of a tone? pinging at the rate of approx. 144/minute. Later at 2048 with a slightly stronger signal, it sounds like a clipped syllable by a YL voice like ``dap-dap-dap``, etc. Not convenient to check how it sound on K17JN. 87.9, May 8 at 1843 UT, dead air in stereo, full quieting. Was not there an hour before. Suspected from strange vehicle now parked next door, i.e. a mobile RF feeder not turned off when not in use.
