Its definitely working here and for my father. One good thing to do if you are
having problems is de-install and the re-install or just re-install. Don't know
why this works but it has for some people. My history of getting this to work
is so complicated I couldn't even say exactly what steps I took, but fathers
installation and use went smoothly.
