Hello,

I have some problems using the attributes in the
conf-file from htdig. I'm thinking that htdig is
ignoring the attributes exclude_urls and
bad_extensions:

exclude_urls: /cgi-bin/ .cgi include

bad_extensions: .wav .gz .z .sit .au .zip .tar
.hqx .exe .com .gif \
        .jpg .jpeg .aiff .class .map .ram .tgz .bin
.rpm .mpg .mov .avi .css .LOG

The include directory is www.mysite.de/include which
contains the main.css file. Running rundig for the
root (start_url: http://www.mysite.de/) failed because
an error occured by indexing the file
/include/main.css even though this file should be
ignored by the script.

I make a second run without the directory /include
using the start_url http://www.mysite.de/anysubdir. In
this case the database were created succesfully, but
there were also words found in the .LOG-files from my
FTP-Tool although this .LOG should be ignored when
using the bad_extensions attribute.

I checked for whitespaces after the backslash for the
bad_extensions attribute. I checked different
possibilities for using the exclude_urls like
exclude_urls: /cgi-bin/ .cgi include /include/
.include /include

Is this a known problem or what can the next steps be
determining the course of it?

Thanks for any motivation
