I think it is.

4 images isn't worth $125,000 USD for an IFL.

How do you work that out? Surely the number of Linux images is irrelevant, the only real purpose of an IFL is to reduce SW costs when you have other LPARS with z/OS etc...

I don't think you can drive the IFL very high with just that few.

Are you sure? That implies that a singe Linux LPAR cannot max out an IFL.
