1.1 Simple measurements with common measuring equipment, it can be seen
that nearly every piece of material has an electrical potential. Take a
raw piece of a calcite stone and check the voltage at differing places.
You will find certain potentials but they never get down to zero.
The phenomenon of crystalline energy harmonizes with the view from
crystallogy, mineralogy and material sciences. Most scientists treat
this energy as being too unimportant and therefore insignificant to have
any technological potential. Furthermore many scientists see only the
electrolysis as cause for the observed phenomenon. There are other
possible causes such as: piezoelectric effect, quantum-tunnelling, high
temperature superconductors etc. Once this effect is believed to have an
industrial value, the basic research worldwide will investigate these

1.2 The Reid-cell: 1.4. This generator consists of a crystalline
material attached between two specialised semiconductors, which produce
a permanent and loss-free current of electric energy. Using a highly
dispersive crystalline material in a special manufacturing process, a
synthetic crystal with an extremely big surface is grown, where several
different physical processes appear. These cause a multiplication of the
effect. With the correct positioning of the semiconductors it is
possible to extract electric energy from the synthetic crystal. The
current flows continually and may last at least as long as 6 years
(current status by observation) without any observable decline of power.
Through serial or parallel positioning of the semiconductors it is
possible to increase the power to any required strength. These cells
have already been presented to the public. The energy capacity is in the
moment at about 1.0 mWcdm.

Ph.D. of Florida, former executive director of Kentucky's science and
technology commission, invented a device which converts the space energy

I met Dr. Lambertsen at a conference in Colorado, then attended his
workshop where he showed us a cookie like structure which was basically
two pieces of metal with a piece of CERMET (doped ceramic) between them
and with a silicone like caulk holding them together.
He uses high voltage which I suspect triggers the inertial to electric
conversion to the zpe but he would admit nothing saying he was working
on a patent which I don't think he ever got.
The output of his cells is high voltage which he said kept blowing light
bulbs out due to variances in the output as a result of zpe
fluctuations, so he uses gas filled lamps like sodium and quartz which
easily absorb the variances by converting into a weaker or brighter
light as necessary.
