Amol,

MC is running DS licensed from Arcot.  Arcot also engineered the UCAF
variation of 3D-Secure and added MC support into TransFort for both
issuers and merchants.  Since most 3D-Secure merchants are running
TransFort MP, I don't see any major problems with MC 3D-Secure rollout.
