The international society seems to acknowledge that even in these global times cultural development can still be characterized by national differences. Nevertheless, more and more people have come to agreement on certain basic values, such as justice and responsibility. As eye-catching values, justice and responsibility can or should be shared by different peoples and nations with different cultural backgrounds. Specifically, they are moral values for humankind to solve national and international issues not only in the past, but more so in this global age.
