The issue deals with best practices coding Java 5. Raw types should not be 
favored. You will remove warnings, but why not add type safety? Closing it as 
WONTFIX is inappropriate; it is not a known issue that will never be fixed. 
Someone will eventually do it :-) Raw types are may be phased out one day by 
the compiler, as the JSL warns. Just make it low priority and Future release.
