Current FDT extends {{Format}} only, thus making it impossible to replace SDF
where {{DateFormat}} is accepted.
I am using Jackson's {{ObjectMapper}} which has a {{#setDateFormat}} method.
But -- it accepts {{DateFormat}}. Impossible to use FDT.
