When OoO decides to be better than M$word, I will happily come back. Today, a professional writer needs a solid outliner. A techie guy would not understnad this, becuase he wants us to use a mickey mouse method. Fire the guy this assigned to, and get someone who will promote the user request. (scratching head) I still don't understand why this one guy wants to stand in everyone's way.
