Did you reset the profile as suggested? Uninstalling anr re-installing the software does not touch the profile. Have you described the exact steps that you took to create the problem in the first place? We will work with you to try to figure out why this is happening with you and not others, but it has to be a 2 way partnership. Again I will ask you to set fourth step by step what your process was that resulted in your problem.
