How does that fix the bug? +I didn't tell you to delete it. If you read the the document that I sent you the link to you would have seen that the recommendation is to rename. The next time that the software starts it will recreate a fresh profile. It has not been determined that there is a bug and corruption in the profile has been known to cause some strange behaviour. That is why we will often ask that a reset be tried as part of the triage process.
