Thanks for the link. Let me re-state because I'm not sure if my concerns are
clear. The branding on spark-packages.org looks great. I have no problems with
it at all. The part that gives me discomfort is the _Apache Spark Website_
linking to this one non-PMC owned resources as the _only_ place to find
third-party.

Right now, I am just speaking as a person who happened to stumble upon this and
went out of my way to try to suggest that it would generally be better to be
more specific, on the Apache Spark website, that this is just _one_ location
that users can obtain code to run on Spark and this one location is not a part
of the Apache Spark project. It looks gray to me (not outwardly against any
sort of policy that I could recite), my entire point is that I think it could
easily be misconstrued and is trivial to make this crystal clear. Does that
help clarify where I'm coming from?
bq. Link to this wiki from the main Spark site to introduce another 'hop' and
opportunity to disclaim the nature of the third-party site, on that wiki page.
This would make me very happy and, again, am happy to submit a PR for this too
if this is amenable since I have brought it up in the first place.
