I have already read the section F.3.2 of 'iText in Action' book. And that is
the example 
i was following in order to tagged the existing PDFs. However, as you
mentioned
the example in the book is for tagging content in newly created PDF,
therefore it
would not work for an existing PDF.

So the question is: how can I "adapt" iText to perform such tagging while I
am inserting
the ocr text ? Also I am using text rendering mode 
PdfContentByte.TEXT_RENDER_MODE_INVISIBLE,
would it be still possible to tagged such content ?
