Before I dig deeper, is anyone seeing (well, hearing) the following
with 0.10.0 ?

The video encoding is just fine (as it always was) but the audio
'wobbles'. It's almost imperceptible with dialogue but with a music
track, I notice a pitch change for a few tenths of a second. This
happens at random intervals 5-10 times per minute.

This is encoding the svideo input on a PVR350.

I noticed the problem after changing from:

ivtv: version 0.4.8 (development revision 3527M) loading
ivtv: Linux version: 2.6.15.7-PIII-061031 PENTIUMIII REGPARM 4KSTACKS gcc-3.4
ivtv0: Encoder revision: 0x02050032

to

ivtv: version 0.10.0 (tagged release) loading
ivtv: Linux version: 2.6.20-PIII-070218 mod_unload PENTIUMIII 4KSTACKS
ivtv0: Encoder revision: 0x02060039

The only other changes were kernel config from 100Hz to 300Hz,
changing the input within MythTV from svideo-0 to svideo-1 due to the
V4L numbering change and switching from 'DVD-special 2' stream type to
'MPEG-PS'.

Audio is 48KHz, MP2, 384Kbit as it always was:

Anyone else getting this? As is appears to be in the stream coming
from the card, I'm thinking that it's more likely to be either the new
firmware, the change to MPEG-PS or a combination of both rather than a
driver issue...

Cheers,
Wilf.
