It seems the SA_* is slowly being removed and the realtime kernel i use already got rid of it. So here is a small patch to improve life for me. It's against 0.10, since i can't use trunk yet (probably missing some dep somewhere, didn't bother much to be honest). But it's probably easy to make the change in trunk as well.
