Hi, what kernel version and distribution? Also, that's a *lot* of hardware. The only two things I can think of are memory issues, memtest86+ would help identify those. And the big one, perhaps you are overdriving one of the voltage lines on your PSU. Have you tried a different PSU? You could also try a different PCI slot. Move the 350 to a slot closer to the CPU.
