Don't use grep to get the logs. You need all the info between START
INIT IVTV and END INIT IVTV (not all lines contain 'ivtv').

I suspect that is your problem. I have no idea what would cause that,
have you tried the card in another PCI slot?

Try a later version, a lot had changed since 0.3.2.
