I'd like to get the IR blaster on my PVR-150 working with LIRC, so to this end I've got the parts for a cheapi2c device to capture traffic from the Windows application. There have been some other posts on the list about this, but I don't think anyone has actually gotten around to doing a capture.

I have done lots of captures - Just not of the IR blaster.
Yes, this is what I meant -- there were no captures of the IR blaster.

I had a go this evening, but with my version of a cheapi2c attached, the windows driver just blue screens (with STOP: 0x000007E -- which is Inaccessible Boot Device AFAICT?! -- disabling the driver lets it boot normally, then reenabling it cuases it to reboot).

Clearly I've screwed something up (or possibly just toasted the card). I wasn't sure where the ground plane that you referred to is, perhaps I've got this wrong, could you give more precise directions to it?

Thanks,

Mark
