You need to make sure the HcwMakoA.ROM, ivtv-fw-dec.bin and
ivtv-fw-enc.bin are in /lib/modules - the ROM is in on your CDROM that
came with your card, and the bin files are extracted from the windows
.exe driver, using a perl script (ivtvfwextract.pl)..

Is HcwMakoA.ROM needed for PVR350? AFAIK, it is only needed for PVR150/500
