I strongly suspect the cx25840 driver. I think it doesn't initialize some 
registers and so it depends on what happens to be in there. I haven't had 
time to look into it but if anyone wants to look into this I'd be much 
obliged. These symptoms have never been seen AFAIK on the PVR250/350 which is 
why it think it is the cx25840 (or perhaps even the wm8775). This chip is 
specific for the PVR150.
