Don't put your jars in the c:\james-2.2.0a6\work\james-1056119283384\SAR-INF\lib, only 
in c:\james-2.2.0a6\apps\james\SAR-INF\lib; but it shouldn't hurt I think.

For the rest it seems allright to me, unless there is some typo (an "invisible 
elefant" we call it) :-)
