I think you need the SoundBlaster Creative Audigy (for Windows XP, if you're using that). Your PC Live may well be a single-chhannel card - it sounds like an older model - and Winamp runs fine with JAWS on single-channel cards. A driver is the set of instructions that makes a software program work inside the computer.
