Yes, Mike, I restarted JAWS. I went through the list of voices and found one that simply said, Vocalizer. I opened it and tabbed through the settings. Under language I arrowed down and found Spanish and when I went down it listed the Juan voice so I created a new profile and that did the job. I don't know why I had to do it that way but, at least, it worked.

Today I downloaded a Vocalizer 1 voice, Latin American Spanish/Juan and I got the message that the install was successful but when I went into the JAWS menus and to voices Juan was not there. 3 other voices from yesterday were there just fine. Any thoughts?
