Lenny,

'Ignore Inline Frames' checkbox is by default not checked. Check it. I think you may find it gets rid of the obstruction. You'll find the setting in JAWS | Default All Applications | Settings Center | Web / HTML | PDF's | Headings and Frames (right-arrow to open this Headings and Frames, and arrow down). (Save when closing Settings Center.) If you want to, you can undo the change by unchecking that checkbox. (Save when closing Settings Center.)
