Lenny, 'Ignore Inline Frames' checkbox is by default not checked. Check it. I think you may find it gets rid of the obstruction. You'll find the setting in JAWS | Default All Applications | Settings Center | Web / HTML | PDF's | | Headings and Frames (right-arrow to open this Headings and Frames, and arrow down). (Save when closing Settings Center.) If you want to, you can undo the change by unchecking that checkbox.
