Hi Andy, I don't use WLM but in Outlook it seems to me one time I had to put Outlook into safe mode then I could delete some emails in my outbox that could not be deleted any other way. Maybe there is a way to put WLM into safe mode and delete it. I know you are using WLM but here below is how I had to put Outlook into safe mode to delete those emails. Maybe there is a way to put WLM into safe mode. How to open Outlook 2010 in safe mode. To delete email in outbox 1.Open run dialog box with windows key+R 2. Type "outlook /safe 3. press enter. 4. Thanks for the suggestion if you think of anything else let me know. -----Original Message----- From: Dave ... When you're in WLM, press Ctrl+Shift+C and see if that brings up the folder where your contact files are stored. If so, then simply delete contacts there. Can anyone tell me the process for removing/deleting contacts from my contacts list in Windows Live mail? I do not know what version of WLM I have, but I am using Windows 10 and JAWS 17 on a Dell laptop. Many thanks in advance.
