Hi Instead of Partition Assistant pro try downloading and installing Partition Assistant Standard. I haven't used it in a while, but the last time I used it on Windows 7, it was accessable, although you needed to use the JAWS cursor quite a bit.

But it looks like the home edition has been replaced by a "standard" edition. The standard edition of Partition Assistant is free for both 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Windows.
