Hi, First of all which version of Outlook are you using? Second did this work to announce names before you updated to the newest Jaws 18? I am using Outlook 2010 and have not updated to the latest Jaws 18. My Outlook read the names in a new email. So are you saying you updated and now it does not announce the names in a new email? Just wanting to know this before I update to the latest Jaws update. Mr. Ed
