This is not an issue with Outlook. The problem did not exist until the most
recent Beta update of JAWS. Using Magnifier and my little bit of remaining
vision, I can see that the Outlook feature is still working. Type in a few
letters and the list appears. However, using the down arrow key makes the list
vanish.

This JAWS is a Beta version put out to see where the problems may appear.
Often fixing one issue creates another problem.
Many companies require employees to use specific programs, often Microsoft
products. Tech support is very resistant to having to support alternatives.

Has anyone on the list experienced issues when running the spell checker in
Outlook 2016 365? Since the newest JAWS Beta, the checker consistently crashes
Outlook, but not when run as part of the send operation.

With all the issues I hear about with windows mail apps why not just use
thunderbird? I don't have any of the issues you all are having.
