Steve: Based on another response I received, I did eliminate one of the Icons. It was the one that just said Jaws.
I had to re-invoke the alt control J. shortcut for the remaining Icon, but that was no problem. I'm all set now. I don't know which version you had before, but possibly someone re-named it to just Jaws. You can run multiple versions of Jaws, e.g. I often run Jaws 16 for some things that Jaws 18 or the 2018Beta won't work as well with and vice versa.
