Ok. Good luck. Hopefully whatever malware you have didn't corrupt your
network. I know this might be annoying, but maybe you should run the
programme in safe mode? No JAWS in that case, obviously.

I am using Windows 10 now, and Combofix is not compatible with this OS at
all. I did once use Combofix on my old work computer when it was really
messed up, and despite all the warnings about only experts using this
product and so on, it did actually help clear up the issue. Anyway, even the
Combofix developers are very strident about warning you against this if you
"don't know what you are doing" (in quotes there, but you know what I mean).

I am running win 7 32 bit and jaws 2018. I am trying to run combofix.exe. I
am told that I do not have admin privileges to run this program. I tried
running it by selecting and with the applications key run as administrator.
I still get the same message. This computer has no password and I am the
owner. I tried to log off and the only option is to shut down, restart or
run as owner. Any suggestions?
